Presented by Pekka Lampi (Senior Lecturer of Haaga-Helia UAS)
Having a degree in Hospitality Management, Pekka is currently working as a senior lecturer in Haaga-Helia UAS. He holds the Certified Hospitality Educator Diploma. Pekka teaches in Haaga-Helia restaurant business management and entrepreneurship skills – both in Finnish and in English. Pekka has a long and varied experience in F&B management from operational and entrepreneurial perspective. Besides teaching at university, he is intensively involved with giving business trainings to different hospitality and tourism related companies on sales, customer service and managerial skills. Pekka enjoys good music and good wine.
